East Orange is a city-state in the northwestern Jersey quadrant adjacent to the Hackensack River Basin Sector 2C (7,11).
It was overrun by a herd of sheep with a virulent strain of rabies, possibly transmitted by rabid hedgehogs migrating down the Palisades form the Nyack village region.
Dr. Entropy sent those sheep to weaken East Orange in order to endanger the strategy of extending peaceful order in the quadrant. The Superhero League of Hoboken repelled them with RAID Sheep and Lamb Killer (with new and improved DAY-Z-B-GON.
